I got to go up to the board and figured out that the class (besides katherine) thought that a decimeter went before a centemeter. i was thinking i was correct when i looked at Katherine. she had a look that made me feel like i had did my job.
We learned so much about meserment that my vocabulary page was filled. We also at the end played jeperty. Puzzmister not every body beside Katherine thought a decimeter was smaller then a centimeter. I knewyou were right.
Miss.Albun was a great teacher and taught us lots of info.in just an hour 1/2,and we still had time to play a learning game!! It was so much fun! I am really proud of myself because i got the correct answer on a card every group picked and everyone missed expect me! Sarah
Miss. Alban said that decometer is after a centemeter and that I never new that 1,000 mililleters=1 leter. At the end of the end of it we got to play Jeperody. That was pretty fun!!! I am So proud of my self for working so hard and for working with my team mates!!! I really enjoyed it.
I learned many "tricks" to help me with TAKS. One thing I learned was that Miss Alban is an awesome teacher!!! Okay seriously now, we solved problems on our white boards and had fun with that. We also went over temperature, capacity, length and a few things to help us show our work. Towards the end of the end of the class we played math jeperty. That was fun working in groups and taking a little break from our other work.I think that lesson really helped me prepare for TAKS. Like always, "see ya tomorrow." -Gray$on :)-

ReplyDeleteI wasn't there for very long, but I know that we were doing measurement and that after i left we played jeperty (my loss).
